INCOME PRIORITY UNIT RATES CHANGING
Friday, June 24, 2011 Dear Member-Partners and Member-Candidates, After carefully monitoring the declining yields of bonds, we have determined that to remain in line with competing investments, effective August 8, 2011 we are launching a new series of IGW REIT Income Priority Units and will cease to issue the current ones. The change will not affect any units you may currently own. The table below lists the changes:
10% IGW REIT Intro Units Have Returned For the first six months, these Intro Units earn 10% per annum. Six months later, at your option, they can either be converted to five- or seven-year IPU units or to the IGW REIT Class AAA Units. And if you act before Wednesday, August 3, 2011, you can have the option of converting into the five- or seven-year IPU units at their current rates of 8% and 9% respectively. After this date, the conversion will be to the new rates of 7.5% and 8.5% respectively. If you do decide on the IGW REIT Class AAA units, you will receive the lowest unit price recorded during the previous six months at time of conversion. This last feature amounts to a price protection, one that ensures you get the most for your money no matter with which direction the value may take during that six-month period. Existing 9.5% and 10% Intro Unit Holders Call Now You still have time to purchase these investments which are not only tax-efficient, but are also backed by the $270 million worth of brick-and-mortar assets of the IGW REIT.
