Last fall, Exempt Analyst Inc. (EA) conducted an independent study on the IGW REIT. The firm rated LEAGUE’s Class A, AA and AAA IGW REIT units as STA-2 Investment Grade and gave our Income Priority units a BBB rating—the highest rating given to any Canadian REIT – public or private! LOWEST MANAGEMENT FEES
In this report, Exempt Analyst Inc. compared the management fees of the IGW REIT against 20 similar exempt market real-estate based securities. The result: LEAGUE’s IGW REIT ranked number one, having the lowest fees of any in Canada. When compared with a wider selection of 32 exempt market securities including other asset classes such as energy and mining, the IGW REIT ranked second in lowest fees.
