Member-Partnership comes with special privileges. One is being able – quite literally – “to get in on the ground floor” of the initial release of condominium residences in the Colwood City Centre, before we make them available to the general public.

This letter serves as your invitation to reserve one or more of the 75 residences being offered in the first structures being built, in advance of our public marketing campaign.

As an added benefit, Current Member-Partners in LEAGUE enjoy the privilege of reserving their residences without the customary $1,000 refundable deposit.

Watch this video presentation, and download the collateral brochures — including LEAGUE's new Downpayment Financing Program — for more information on this project. Then, complete and return the Reservation Form for first-come, first-served access to suite reservations.

Being a reservation holder entitles you to preferred access to the floor plans and pricing for this project. The absolute cut-off date for this advance has now been extended to is February 28. Of course, there is no obligation to purchase.
