If you're looking for a high-yielding cash flow investment, be sure to circle Wednesday, October 27 on your calendar. That’s the last day you can subscribe to our popular Convertible REIT Units and receive your first distribution on November 21, 2010.

Remember that these REIT Intro Units give you great flexibility. Starting out at as six-month Income Priority Units earning 10% per annum, at the end of the six-month term they can be converted either into five- or seven-year IPUnits yielding 8% and 9% respectively; or, if you do nothing, they will automatically be converted to Class AAA IGW REIT units at their lowest value recorded during the previous six months. This price protection feature ensures you get the most units for your money upon conversion and also yields the highest monthly distribution, relative to the price paid for your units.

As of today, our fellow Member-Partners have taken out Intro Unit subscriptions amounting to more than $3.2 million. This is a 18.5% increase from just two weeks ago when I reported that subscriptions stood at $2.7 million.
