New Class "AAA" IGW REIT Unit Wednesday, August 4, 2010 Dear Member-Partners and Friends, I am pleased to introduce a new unit investing in the IGW REIT: the Class AAA IGW REIT Unit, This new unit replaces the Class AA Units. As with the Class AA and A REIT Units, they feature a variable distribution and the same NAV1. The only difference is that the Class AAA REIT Units feature a longer discount period: any redemptions within the first three years will be at 5%; redemptions in the forth and fifth years will be made at 3%. In doing this, we are continuing to provide you with even greater stability and dependability whatever changes occur in the world markets.
